New Year’s Eve parties seem simple, right? Well if it’s not intuitive for you like it isn’t for me, here’s a few tips to help you pull off a stellar New Year’s Eve party!

  • To save on alcohol (and money), provide 2 signature drinks for your event – that way, you can regulate how much everyone is drinking, the quality of it, and not spend a ton of money on trying to make everyone happy by providing all different types of liquor. If you need an idea of a cocktail or two, check out Elle Talk – she’s amazing at crafting unique libations.

  • The countdown is the finish line, but don’t forget the hours leading up to it. I’ve been to some New Year’s Eve parties that I was almost falling asleep before we reaching midnight, simply because I was so bored. Have activities to do or games for your guests. Anything that keeps people moving is a good idea!
