Girl’s Night: ABC’s The Bachelor Season Premiere Party!

ABC’s The Bachelor has had 21 seasons. Until last week, I had no idea it had been on so long! But that got me thinking, when exactly did I start watching this ridiculous show? Back in my freshman year of college, that’s when. So I guess it has been a while!

Over the years I’ve watched entire seasons, missed an entire season, watched with groups of friends, and watched by myself alone. I’ve laughed, talked smack, been shocked at outcomes, and yelled at the tv. But through it all, I keep coming back. Why? Maybe it’s the romantic in me, but I love the thought of two people finding love in a weird, unlikely situation. Plus, all of the places they get to travel to and experience make me so jealous!

Of all my years of watching, I’ve always wanted to host a viewing party. It could be a season premiere or a season finale, but I love getting the girls together to watch, laugh, eat, and judge (you know you do it too). So this year, I hosted a season premiere watch party. Let me be clear: I am not a fan of Nick (the current Bachelor). I think he’s rude, he mumbles too much, and he has no presence. I just can’t with him. BUUUUTTTTT I love a good party. So we ate, we drank, we laughed, and we had a great time!

I made rose cocktails for the party. And I would normally give you the recipe, but this one turned out so bad I just can't! Haha. Maybe I'll try it again later.

 Everyone got
Everyone got “the ring” at this party!

We also played a fun game along with the show. This Bachelor Bingo can be played right on your phone - so join in with us this season!
