A Welcome Gift That Will Have Your Guests Never Wanting to Leave

November 17, 2017
A Welcome Gift That Will Have Your Guests Never Wanting to Leave

With the holidays approaching, for a lot of people it means that family and friends are gong to be coming into town to see you. Instead of just throwing them a spare blanket and pillow on the couch, why not have a welcome basket waiting for them?

Here’s a list of my recommendations for what to include in your house guest gift basket:

1. Something to munch on. There’s nothing worse than getting to someone’s house and after everyone has gone to bed hearing your tummy start growling. So help those snackers and late night eaters by including some tasty treats in their goodie basket. I always love putting some fresh baked cookies in it, but including a few of their favorite packaged snacks is a good idea too.

2. Something to pamper themselves with. Chapstick and nail polish are always a welcome treat! A little bit of home goes a long way!

3. The wifi password. This may sound silly, but it’s always going to be a question that comes up – “what’s your wifi password?” So beat them to the punch and include it on your welcome note. Want the cute one I have here? Download the Welcome 5×7 card here.

Happy hosting!
