Hello Fresh Review – Part One (Tangy Beef Stir-Fry)

I know what you’re thinking…”Stacy, I don’t want to get sucked into a contract with a subscription.” And that’s totally what I was thinking too when my friend referred Hello Fresh to me, but the process for getting two free meals for up to four people could not be easier.

Once you sign up, you'll get to pick two meals out of three choices. You'll also decide what day works best for you for delivery. Upon delivery, the boxes will show up on your doorstep looking just like this. My son was very confused when we got home from school and I told him dinner was on the front porch! The items for your meals come packaged like this. There is a box with the ingredients for each meal and then under it there are two heavy duty coldpacks keeping the meats cold. That's right - the meat is even included in these boxes! The items for your meals come packaged like this. For instance, I hate mincing garlic, so I use my garlic slicer from Pampered Chef . You put a couple garlic cloves in it and twist. This thing has a razor blade on the bottom that makes slices of garlic that you can read a newpaper through. It's safe and easy for my little guy to use too (I just made sure to warn him to not touch the bottom where the blades are). Of course, you can always go off-script and add your own little touches. That’s right – the “four person” portion size was more than enough for leftovers for us, so the boxes definitely aren’t skimpy.

If you’d like to try two free meals (for up to four people each) on me, you can sign up here. There’s no catch. It really is that easy. If you’re not interested in purchasing a box after your receive one, make sure that you log into your account and either ‘suspend’ it or delete it 5 days before your next box should arrive. Easy peasy and delicious. I can’t wait to try the other meal in my box!
