Hi there! Stacy here. I’m a single mom of two amazing kids and based in the Houston, Texas area.
The HurriedHostess.com came out of a love of eating and traveling. I have a desire to show my children the world, introduce them to the people who inhabit it, and make them try something other than chicken nuggets for dinner (no offense chicken nuggets, I still love you).
When you share a meal together with someone else, it’s an intimate situation. You’re giving them your undivided attention for an hour or so and pouring your hearts out to one another. Secrets are shared. Dreams are dreamt out loud. Plans are made. It’s kind of an amazing thing.
I want to share this amazing world of food with you and hopefully inspire you to get out there, explore new places, and if you can’t, then make something new for dinner in your own kitchen!
