There are days that I make a home cooked meal and feel like I’m winning at life. You know the days…where you get out all of the ingredients, think about what you’re going to make, and actually do it. But then there are days where cooking a home cooked dinner is the last thing on your mind. Maybe it’s time restraints, after school activities, working late, whatever – but you just don’t have the time or energy to do it.

Usually that day for me is the day I go to the grocery store. It’s funny, because I make my grocery list out before I head to the store. I then get everything I need on my list (plus a few unnecessary items), get home, unload it all…and then it happens. Fatigue. No drive. There is absolutely nothing in me that wants to do anything with all those groceries I just picked up. That’s why I keep these Bibigo wontons in my freezer at all times. I get them at Costco (love me some Costco), but they also sell them at Wal-Mart. They’re super easy to make. You just pull them out of the freezer, get out as many as you need, heat up a pan with a little oil in it, and 5 minutes later, dinner is served. And if you’re feeling really unmotivated, they have a microwave option of cooking it too.

My kiddos cannot get enough of them. We first sampled them at Costco a few months ago and I have to buy them every time we go now. We tried these chicken & cilantro ones and loved them, and the vegetable ones are great as well! Both of my kids love them and even as I was taking the photos of them for this blog post, I had to fight the kids off the plate of them. (They scarfed them down in 3 minutes flat after I said they were free game).

Another cool thing about them is how versatile they are! You could put them in a broth and make wonton soup, serve them with some fried rice for a more complete dinner, or have them as an easy appetizer to have out for when guests arrive at a party. It’s such a neat way to make Korean food more accessible for the everyday dinner table. If you’d like to see all of the options they have available, click here. I also really love these for hosting game nights! They’re great for snacking and won’t make you feel too full! Plus, they’re such a more exciting option than plain old chips and dip!

If you’d like to try these for yourself, Bibigo is hosting a Rafflecopter giveawayfor you to try and win 3 packages of dumplings (a $30 value). This contest is running September 10-20, 2018. Winners must be 18+ and reside in the US. Only one winner per household. Winners will be randomly selected by Bibigo.

I was selected for this opportunity as a member of CLEVER and the content and opinions expressed here are all my own.
