My New ‘Do!

I put myself last, a lot of the time. So to say I was long overdue for a haircut was an understatement. What I love about my stylist, Bri, is that she’s a total rockstar at knowing her clients, their habits, and what colors will look good on them. For instance, she knows that I’m not a huge risk taker, but that I wanted to do something drastically different than what I had. She also knows that I don’t have a lot of time to spend getting ready in the mornings (note: 2 kids under 4), so a cut that allows me some leeway is always appreciated.

So I walked into her salon in Pearland, Texas, sat in the chair, and told her to do whatever she wanted to my head. First things first, she cut off that ratty hair and started going to work giving my hair some color, shine, and love.

I absolutely love the outcome! It’s a cut that looks great straight (if I choose to do my hair) and curly (for those days when I just don’t have time). The before pictures are of my hair when it’s dried naturally and there is absolutely zero product in it. I love my curls, but sometimes, it’s just out of control – and it was definitely getting to that point.

The “after” photos make me so happy. I love the new look and it’s so easy to style (and faster than my longer locks)!

Go check out Bri if you’re in the area, you won’t be disappointed!
