Honeydew Melon, Blackberry, and Feta Salad

Gosh, I love salad. When I was younger, a typical salad I would order would look something like this – iceberg lettuce, shredded cheese, bacon bits, and ranch dressing. Now there’s definitely nothing wrong with that, but as I’m getting older, I need a salad that’s actually going to help me stay thin and not add on the pounds. Sorry ranch!

This arugula salad is perfect because it’s packed full of refreshing honeydew melon, tangy blackberries, salty feta cheese, and a drizzle of vinaigrette.

So have fun with your salad! Here’s the recipe for this tasty salad:

Ingredients

  • 5 oz arugula
  • 6 oz blackberries
  • 1 honeydew melon, cubed
  • 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 6 oz vinaigrette, such as this lemon vinaigrette

Instructions

Combine all the ingredients and toss. Enjoy!
