How to Build a Kitchen Studio in a Shed

First and foremost, I need to thank Cozine Construction. Bob did such an amazing job bringing my dreams to life on the kitchen photo studio. So if you’re looking to have a kitchen photography studio of your own, here’s how we did it.

Build the shell

Instead of buying a pre-made shed or barn, we opted to build it from the ground up. In hindsight, I probably should have bought the pre-fabricated option. I thought I would be saving money to build it on my own, but it ended up coming out about the same (maybe even a little more). If I was going to redo it, I’d probably go with this option.

Finishing It Out

Whether you decided to get a premade shed or build it from the ground up like we did, you’ll still need to insulate it, sheet rock it, and paint it.
