Plus, you can also take your favorite OREO flavor and turn it into a cookie ball. These classic OREO sandwich cookies are ground up and mixed with cream cheese. They’re then rolled into a ball and covered in melted chocolate. And I topped my mint OREO cookie balls with these easy to make candied mint leaves for an elegant touch!They’re easy and delicious – just watch!
Mint OREO Cookie Balls
These melt in your mouth cookie balls are perfect for any celebration or gathering! They're easy to make and always a crowd favorite with their classic OREO taste.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 36 OREO cookies
- 4 ounces melted chocolate
Instructions
- MIX cream cheese and cookie crumbs until blended.
- SHAPE into 48 (1-inch) balls. Freeze 10 min. Dip balls in melted chocolate; place in single layer in shallow waxed paper-lined pan.
- Add some candied mint leaves on top to show what flavor it is
- REFRIGERATE 1 hour or until firm.
