Personalized Nutrition at Your Fingertips

I received this product for free from Moms Meet to use and post my honest opinions. Compensation for this post was provided and this page may contain affiliate links.

Are you proactive about your health?

I have to admit, I’m not. Try as I might, I exercise regularly and try to make good choices in my eating (well, most of the time), but as far as my inside health goes, I have no idea what I’m doing.

I know I’m supposed to take multivitamins and that most women don’t get enough Vitamin D and calcium, but after that I’m clueless.

That’s why I’m so excited to introduce you to Persona. It’s personalized vitamins and supplements specifically designed for you and your health in mind.

While this, yes, is a sponsored post by them, it’s also an honest review of what I think of their product. The difference here is that they’re not selling a specific supplement – they’re selling good health. And that good health is personalized just to you – so you know that your body is getting exactly what it needs – not what someone else thinks you should have.

What’s the Process Like?

The first step is going to Persona’s website and filling out a questionnaire. These questions range from “what other medications are you already taking” to “how active are you” and “what’s your anxiety levels like”. After filling out the questionnaire, you can choose to speak with a nutritionist to talk about your specific needs or just proceed on your own.

The system will then generate a list of supplements that is recommends that you take. You can add on something extra if you need it or take off anything you don’t. From there on out, it’s a subscription service. Every 28 days you’ll receive your supplements in the mail.

All supplements are portioned into morning and evening packets. These packets are sealed and list every pill that’s in that particular packet.

What Do I Really Think About Persona?

First of all, if you’re really in touch with what your body needs, then this is for you. For instance, I know that I’m in a current anxious state and that I need to be taking something daily for that – but I’m not interested in taking prescribed mood stabilizers. So the fact that they can recommend over the counter supplements that will help with depression, anxiety, and the like are awesome.

I also like that they do the research and take the guesswork out of what your body needs to combat the issues you state. Like Persona recommended that I take something for joint health since I work out frequently. I guess I don’t usually think of things like that, so I’m excited that I’m being proactive in taking care of my body now.

The fact that all of the daily medications come pre-packaged for a day is super convenient. Most mornings, I grab a morning packet, a bottle of water, and head out the door. There’s no fumbling with a bunch of bottles or feeling like I’m elderly with a pill case in my purse.

The one and only negative I have is that the supplements are pricey. For what I took the last 28 days, It cost me over $100. That can really add up over a year’s time. But the convenience of not having to figure out what I needed, ordering the different supplements from the store, and having to portion them out each day is worth it.

Lastly, I am usually not a fan of subscriptions. In the past when I’ve tried a clothing subscription or something like that, they make you jump through hoops in order to cancel the thing. It’s a horrible process usually, so I just steer clear of them Not with Persona. They make it as simple as a click to cancel, pause, or change your account in any way. It’s so refreshing!

How Can I Get Started with Persona?

After being on the Persona Vitamin Packs for a month, I feel so good. I have energy. My anxiety is under control. I know that my body is getting what it needs and if those needs change, I can always change what they send me each month.

I’m so happy to have found this company! If you’d like to try Persona Vitamin Packs, you can get 30% off your first 2 months through this link.
