We’ve done girls night out. Happy hour has been done too. And I love a good brunch, but I’ve been yearning for a new way to get the girls together and have fun! I wanted to do something different – so I made up an event – the Blogger Bliss Party! What all did this party include? Hand crafted cocktails, finger Sandwiches, sweets and other small bites were all in attendance. Oh, and of course me and the girls! We had so much fun just relaxing and gabbing and enjoying spending time with one another. What a great time! And the theme was the best part – The Secret Garden. I love nature and being outdoors, but the weather here in Houston has been unpredictable to say the least, so we planned for the party to be where all good parties are – my living room. Kristen Leigh Lettering & Design hit it out of the park with the lilac and blush pink invitation suite – complete with wax seal, or course! Add to it fresh herbs and flowers for decor, silk chiffon ribbon flowing across the tablescape to give the table some softness and freshly made cucumber sandwiches and other tasty treats. This event was anything but basic, and it was definitely a good time.
