Let’s talk about what to make when you haven’t been to the store in a while…
Today, I was finally cleaning off my kitchen table after all the Thanksgiving stuff landed there and a found a few bananas that were past their prime. They weren’t fully squishy yet, but they were definitely on their way out. But I absolutely hate throwing food away. So I decided to make some banana bread with it! The smell of this warm, delicious baked good in the oven took over my whole house. So if you want a sure fire way to have your house smelling good, make some banana bread.
To make this easy peasy banana bread, you basically just mix all of the ingredients together and bake it. It’s super simple and a fresh banana bread loaf makes a great hostess gift or quick weekday breakfast as you are heading out the door.
