Some days, you just need a little chocolate in your life. But you also don’t want to make an entire tray of cookies because you have no self control. Oh wait, that’s me. So in my quest for portion control and chocolate craving satisfaction, I came up with these little gems – the single serving brownie. By combining all the ingredients in a mug and a quick zap in the microwave, you’ll have a warm brownie just ready for the eating!
If I’ve got your mouth watering, here’s the recipe to make one (or more than one) for yourself:
Ingredients
- 4 teaspoons flour
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons cocoa
- 2 teaspoons water
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
Spray a mug or small ramekin with cooking spray. Mix all of the ingredients in the mug and top with chocolate chips, mini M&Ms, caramel baking bits, or marshmallows. Cook in the microwave for 30 seconds. Top with whipped cream and sprinkles or just skip it and dive right into that deliciousness with a spoon.
These cute desserts would also be great at your next dinner party or gathering, because who doesn’t love having their own dessert cup and not having to share? If you’d like the little hello tags, you can download them here for free.
