Soft marshmallows are coated in melted chocolate and dipped into graham cracker crumbs in order to achieve the perfect party portion of a s’mores dessert.
Take one of the treat sticks and press it through the center of a marshmallow.
Melt the chocolate melting wafers until it is a smooth consistency. Remember not to overheat it or your chocolate will seize up and become chunky and unusable.
Dip the marshmallow into the melted chocolate until it is halfway up the sides of the marshmallow. Immediately after, dip the marshmallow into the graham cracker crumbs.
Place the pop on your prepared cookie sheet and place it in the fridge for at least 10 minutes.
Notes
Depending on the depth of your chocolate vessel, you may need to rotate the stick on its side a bit in order to get the chocolate up on the sides of the marshmallow.
