Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Grands biscuits
  • 1 package breakfast sausage
  • 2 cups shredded cheese any kind you like
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Cook and crumble sausage until no longer pink.
  • Line the bottom of a 13x9 baking dish with the biscuit dough – firmly pressing to seal.
  • Spread the sausage and cheese on top of the biscuits.
  • Whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a medium bowl until blended; pour over sausage and cheese.
  • Bake 25-30 minutes or until set. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting into squares; serve warm. Top with salsa, green onions, or hot sauce.
