package breakfast sausage

shredded cheese
any kind you like

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Cook and crumble sausage until no longer pink.
Line the bottom of a 13x9 baking dish with the biscuit dough – firmly pressing to seal.
Spread the sausage and cheese on top of the biscuits.
Whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a medium bowl until blended; pour over sausage and cheese.
Bake 25-30 minutes or until set. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting into squares; serve warm. Top with salsa, green onions, or hot sauce.
