- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine butter and sugars.
- Stir in egg and vanilla. Add in flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.
- Stir in chocolate chunks. Transfer to a 10 inch cask iron skillet. Smooth the top of the dough.
- Bake until cookie is golden brown and just set in the center, about 20 to 25 minutes.
- Let cool 5 minutes. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
