Lay the 2 tortillas on a counter or work surface. Spread Heluva Good!'s French Onion Dip evenly across the surface of the tortilla.
Tear the provolone up into smaller pieces and distribute evenly over each of the 2 tortillas.
Place the deli roast beef evenly over the cheese.
Sprinkle the French fried onions over the roast beef.
Starting at one end of a tortilla, tightly roll the tortilla. Wrap the rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and place in the freezer for about 30 minutes. Repeat this step with the other tortilla.
Once it has hardened a bit, take the tortilla out of the freezer and slice it into 4 equal size pieces. Serve and eat when ready!
