Method
- Place the sliced chicken and Soy Vay marinade in a ziploc bag and let marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Heat a grill (or skillet) to high heat. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for a couple minutes on each side. If cooking in a skillet, add a tablespoon of oil to the pan. Once hot, add your marinated chicken in batches. Don't overcrowd the pan or it won't cook correctly.
- Place the romaine lettuce leaves on a plate and fill it with the chicken.
- Add to the top of it the red cabbage and wonton strips.
- Serve with a side of the pineapple and enjoy!
Notes
If you want to really add some flavor, sprinkle the pineapple with cinnamon and grill it!
