Lay the puff pastry on your work surface. Spread the Heluva Good!'s French Onion Dip evenly across the surface of the puff pastry dough.
Tear the provolone up into smaller pieces and distribute evenly over the puff pastry.
Place the deli roast beef evenly over the cheese.
Sprinkle the French fried onions over the roast beef.
Starting at one end of the puff pastry, tightly roll the puff pastry into a log. Wrap the puff pastry roll in plastic wrap and place in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
Once it has hardened, take the puff pastry out of the freezer and slice it into 12 equal size pieces.
Bake in the preheated oven until the roll ups are browned, about 20 minutes. Serve immediately.
