I love a good French Dip sandwich. If you’ve never had one, it’s a hot roast beef sandwich that’s served with an au jus sauce. You take the sandwich and dunk it into that savory au jus sauce and it’s a race to see if you can successfully take a bite before that salty sauce runs down your arms.
It’s glorious.
But it’s also not the easiest thing to eat – especially if you’ve got company over or are trying to do something else at the same time – like watch a football game.
So what’s a girl to do? Oh yeah, make up her own version!
And of course, ONE version simply won’t do, so I’ve got two for you!
You see, sometimes, you just want a hot, tasty appetizer and other times you just need something that tastes good that’s quick to put together. This blog post will give you one of each.
